I couldn’t have chosen a better shop to have a transmission replaced. Not only was it the lowest price out of the 7 transmission shops that I called, but it was the professional service that you always want but the majority of shops lack. The owner definitely takes his time to make sure things are done 100% correct before your vehicle is handed over. After replacing the trans and he test drove it, he didn’t like how it pulled to the right so he personally took it to get a wheel alignment. Who else would do that?! That in itself says everything you need to know about him and his shop. We appreciate everything you did, thanks again!

I have not had Orlando do any work on any of my vehicles. The reason I must leave a review is due to two interactions that I have had the pleasure of having with Orlando. I first called the shop and talked to Orlando about what I thought was a transmission fluid leak coming from around the bell housing in my wife’s vehicle (3.6 Pentastar engine). I was calling to set up an appointment to bring it in to have it worked on. Over the phone Orlando was able to correct diagnose that my problem was not the transmission, but the engine oil cooler. The oil cooler was something that I was able to tackle myself. As a sign of my appreciation to Orlando for sharing his knowledge and experience freely over the phone. In the end, he saved me a lot of money so I stopped over at his shop to give him a cash gift. After having met Orlando in person I will not hesitate to recommend him as well as have him work on my vehicle. Thank you

Let me tell you the story. Orlando and his son cannot be rated highly enough. Started with a high mileage transmission that sprung a leak and wasn't sure where it was leaking from. Spoke with Orlando and agreed he take a look at at it. Sadly the front main pump seal gave way and it was used trans or remanned. Fortunately his supplier was running a special and also had recently expanded their warranty to include a 5 yr unlimited mileage warranty, which I needed as the car was already over 200k when he got it. Got it set up and the trans was installed. Sadly the manufacturer sent him a bad unit and he had to pull and replace with a replacement unit a 2nd time .This fortunately was covered as part of the warranty. Since then, the replacement unit car has been running stellar. As this was my only car they were actually able to being the car to me for delivery. Absolute 5 star service and I would recommend them to anyone. They stand by their workmanship and you will not go wrong dealing with them for your transmission related issues.

Mr Orlando is a great guy to work with. I read reviews to make my selection where to go. I saw people calling him "Mr" that warrants respect and He is definitely worthy. He read my codes, printed them off and cleared them. That allowed my Truck out of Limp mode and it shifted properly enough to head back to MI. HE WOULDN'T LET ME GIVE HIM $. Where i am from if they touch the truck its an hour. Very informative and All around GOOD PEOPLE
